Site Usage Guidelines

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual, named Shadowrocket Help Center. These terms apply when you visit this site, read its guidance, or use its interactive features. Please read them before following the manual. App purchases and use of the app are also subject to the applicable store terms and app license.

1. Content and Scope

This site provides guidance on verifying genuine App Store listings, purchasing and restoring purchases, importing configurations, routing rules, and troubleshooting connections. The manual helps explain how to use the app; it does not guarantee results for any particular network environment or configuration, or that the app is suitable for a particular purpose. It also does not replace your organization’s network policies.

The app interface and store information may change. Check the prompts currently shown on your device as you follow the instructions. Prices, compatibility, system requirements, and purchase eligibility are as stated on the App Store page. These terms do not change your purchase agreement with the store or replace the app’s license terms.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region affected by your activities, as well as the rules governing your network, devices, and related services. You must not use Shadowrocket or this site’s guidance for unlawful purposes, including violating others’ rights, accessing systems without permission, stealing data, or disrupting network operations.

Before importing a configuration, confirm that you are authorized to use the subscription or server details you have, and understand its rules, destination addresses, and connection method. Obtain any required permission before taking action involving work devices, organizational networks, or other people’s data. Keep subscription URLs, passwords, and similar information secure; do not include them in public feedback.

3. App Purchases and Service Boundaries

Shadowrocket is a paid commercial app for Apple platforms, primarily used on iPhone and iPad, and is available exclusively through the App Store. Purchases, payments, refunds, restoring purchases, and updates must be handled through the applicable App Store processes. This site does not process payments or refunds.

A one-time purchase of the app ≠ a subscription to a network service. Purchasing the app grants the applicable license to use the client; it does not provide network service. This site does not provide nodes or subscription services. Configuration guides assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. The relevant provider is responsible for authorization, validity, and availability of those services.

4. Availability and Liability

Connection results depend on factors such as device settings, network conditions, system permissions, configuration details, and server status. This site does not guarantee that the site or app will always be available, or that a configuration will produce the same results in every environment. Before changing settings, save any configuration details you may need and consider how the changes could affect your existing connections.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for availability issues, data loss, or indirect losses resulting from use of the manual, configuration changes, network interruptions, or problems with related services. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law or restrict any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Trademarks and Content Rights

Rights to the Shadowrocket trademark, app, and official icon belong to the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, or the respective rights holders. This site uses the name, icon, and interface terms to identify the product and explain its official manual. Visiting this site does not transfer any of those rights to you.

Original text, layout, and code on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. When quoting the guidance, retain its source, necessary context, and rights notices; do not mislead through alterations or selective quotation. Reuse of the app, images, or other protected content must follow the applicable license and any required permissions.

6. Changes to These Terms and Issue Resolution

These terms may be revised to reflect changes to site features, the scope of the guidance, or legal requirements. Revisions will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Review the current terms before continuing to use the site. Where applicable law requires separate notice or consent, those requirements will be followed.

For help with using the app, see the FAQ or user guide. For purchase and restore issues, follow the App Store prompts. For connection issues, first check your own configuration and service status. When describing a problem, you can include interface terms, steps taken, and error messages, but remove account credentials and sensitive subscription information.
