This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual. These terms explain the limits of the information, examples, and store links provided here. Check them against your device, the app interface, and the App Store listing before proceeding.
1. Scope of the official website and manual
Shadowrocket Help Center provides guidance on verifying the genuine app, purchasing and installing it, importing subscriptions you already have, managing configurations, and troubleshooting connections. The manual explains settings and operation steps; it does not guarantee results in any particular network environment.
We do not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscription services, nor do we handle their activation, renewal, or maintenance. Import instructions assume you already have your own subscription or server details. A one-time app purchase is not a service plan: buying the app and obtaining permission to use a service are separate matters, and their respective terms should be checked independently.
2. Content accuracy and interface changes
These tutorials reflect the interface and store information checked when they were written. App updates, system changes, device differences, and changes to regional store listings may affect button locations, option names, or the order of steps. We strive for accuracy, but cannot guarantee that every instruction will remain complete and applicable on every device or in future versions.
Interface labels such as Home, Config, and Global Routing are retained in English; the accompanying explanations describe their purpose. If the manual differs from the interface, check the current screen, the meaning of the setting, and any system prompts before proceeding. Example domains and rules demonstrate syntax only. They are not usable service details and should not be used to replace an existing configuration wholesale without review.
3. Subscription information and responsibility for connection settings
You are responsible for verifying the source, validity period, and permitted use of any subscription, server details, or configuration files you already have, and for complying with applicable laws and network policies. Connection performance also depends on server status, network conditions, authentication details, and rule settings. A successful import alone does not mean the connection is working.
Before changing Global Routing, rules, or On Demand conditions, keep a recoverable copy of your configuration and understand how the changes may affect traffic handling. Keep subscription URLs, passwords, and authentication details secure. Remove sensitive information before reporting or troubleshooting an issue. If a connection problem results from incorrect input, an overwritten configuration, or manual changes, check the actual settings step by step. This manual cannot inspect your specific environment for you.
4. Purchase price and external links
Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source app for Apple platforms, primarily used on iPhone and iPad. The only place to get it is the App Store product page (opens in a new window). Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official app icon, and app ID 932747118.
Refer to the App Store listing for the price, currency, compatible devices, system requirements, purchase restoration, and Family Sharing availability. What the store displays may vary by account region or device. Opening the link does not complete a purchase. Transactions, payments, and refunds are governed by the applicable App Store terms. This manual does not replace the store’s transaction policies and cannot guarantee that external pages will remain available or unchanged.
5. Liability and issue resolution
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses beyond our statutory obligations arising from outdated content, misuse of examples, changes to external pages, or user configurations. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affects consumers’ rights under applicable law.
For purchase and restoration issues, see the Download Guide. For help with using the app, consult the relevant steps in the FAQ or Getting Started guide. When investigating an issue, distinguish between the store transaction, app settings, and the status of any service you already have. Note the exact steps that led to the problem, then follow the relevant guidance.
